How do I book my trip?

Just browse our packages, select your preferred one, and make a reservation to get started on your unforgettable journey!

Can I make changes to my itinerary?

Yes, with 30 days advanced-notice you can modify your itinerary up to two times without incurring additional charges.

What’s your refund policy?

For cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour, customers receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled tour, customers receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.

How is payment processed?

We require full payment upfront to secure your booking. You can pay with credit card or PayPal.

How can I manage my booking details?

Our website provides a user-friendly “My Bookings” section where you can manage your booking details, including changing dates, canceling or adding participants, and updating personal information.

Can I receive a receipt for my payment?

Of course. Simply log in to your account and go to your “My Bookings” section to access your receipts.
